    Questions

    1. Can we sell tickets or concessions with this the event?

Yes! Once you have paid for the screening license, you can run your event however you’d like. You can use the money you raise to bolster your PTA, fix that leaky classroom roof, or to give your choir director a bonus. The cost of the screening license is the same regardless of your audience size. Once you’ve received your license, no further costs are due to our company. Any ticket or concession sales are up to you. Simple, right?

    2. Can we host multiple events with a single event license?

No. However, if you wish to purchase a school or parish license for ongoing educational use, just reach out to us and we can work something out. Also, 2-Year Licenses are available for organizations such as dioceses or archdiocesea who wish to host multiple events at multiple churches.

    3. How long is the movie?

A Place at the Table: African-Americans on the Path to Sainthood has a runtime of 1 hour 57 minutes.

    4. How Soon Can We Pull This Off?

You can schedule your event to take place no earlier than the film’s release date on Feb. 11, 2022.

    5. Any other tips?

We strongly recommend downloading the movie file(s) to a laptop in advance of the screening event to avoid any latency issues with streaming. Be sure to test your audio and video equipment a few days before the event. Also, word of mouth goes a long way for these types of events.
